Pour-over coffee
For the uninitiated, pour-over coffee is a bit like a handmade version of drip coffee, but with a few extra steps to bring out the best flavors. Let’s make the perfect cup together.
STEP 1:
Turn on gooseneck kettle, turn knob to set temperature to around 200 F | 90 C
While water is heating...
STEP 2:
Remove Copper Cow filter bag from outer packaging and tear top to expose coffee grounds
STEP 3:
Hang the filter bag on the mug rim by gently pulling the side tabs out and down around the mug exterior.
STEP 4:
Once hot, use gooseneck kettle and slowly pour hot water over coffee grounds
STEP 5:
Add Latte Creamer to taste
